We run turnkey interior projects for homes, offices, retail, F&B and hospitality across Hyderabad. Everything from the first pencil sketch to the final door key is managed by a dedicated project manager and executed by our in-house crews.

Pricing model & warranties
We price turnkey projects on a per-sq-ft basis (Basic ₹1,199 · Intermediate ₹1,799 · Luxury ₹2,499) with all trades bundled. Additional civil work, luxury imported materials or bespoke items are called out separately in the BOQ before you sign. You never see a surprise line item.
Warranties: 10 years on carpentry for Basic, up to lifetime for Luxury. Hardware, appliances and finishes carry OEM warranties which we file on your behalf.
Where we run turnkey projects
We take turnkey contracts across all of Hyderabad including Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hitech City, Kondapur, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kukatpally, Manikonda, Financial District, Kokapet, Tellapur, Miyapur and Nallagandla. For projects outside city limits (Shamshabad, Shadnagar, Vikarabad) we quote a small mobilisation fee.

What exactly is a turnkey interior project?
A single contract that covers every trade — design, civil, MEP, carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, glass, modular furniture, installation and handover — under one contractor's accountability. You hand us a bare-shell property and we hand you a ready-to-live-in home or ready-to-open store.
How is turnkey pricing different from hiring separate vendors?
Turnkey is priced per sq ft with everything bundled. Hiring separately means quotes from 6-10 vendors, no coordinated timeline, and typically 15-20% higher total cost due to duplicated work and material wastage.
Can I make changes during execution?
Small changes (paint colour, hardware finish) are absorbed at no cost. Larger changes (adding a wardrobe, changing kitchen layout) trigger a variation order — you approve the cost delta before we execute.
What if the project runs late?
Our contract has a delay-penalty clause we honour. If we miss the promised handover date without a documented client-side delay, we credit a per-day rebate to your final invoice.
Do you take on partial turnkey — e.g., only the modular carpentry?
Yes. We offer a-la-carte scopes as well — modular kitchen only, wardrobes only, false ceiling only. Same materials and warranties, priced item-wise instead of per sq ft.
How are payments structured?
Booking amount at signing (10%), material advance at production start (40%), on-site installation stage (30%), final on hand-over (20%). All milestones are documented against the signed BOQ.
