Materials that survive Indian cooking
Indian kitchens face steam, oil splatter and heavy hardware cycling. We refuse to build kitchens on materials that don't cope — no MDF cores near wet areas, no thin foil finishes near the hob, no cheap Chinese hardware anywhere.
Our defaults: 18mm BWP ply core (waterproof, borer-treated), 0.8-1.0mm laminates from Merino or Century, PU high-gloss or matt for premium projects, quartz counters for stain resistance, Hettich Silent System hinges rated for 100,000 cycles. Hardware carries a 10-year OEM warranty independently of our carpentry warranty.
Modular kitchen cost in Hyderabad
Kitchen pricing depends on run length, finish level and appliance integration. For a typical 10-ft L-shape kitchen with tandem baskets and a chimney cutout:
- Basic laminate finish — ₹1.25 – ₹1.75 lakh
- Intermediate acrylic finish — ₹2.0 – ₹2.75 lakh
- Premium PU / lacquered glass — ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 lakh
- Luxury imported finishes + quartz — ₹5.5 lakh+
Countertops, chimneys and appliances are quoted separately in the BOQ. Cost scales roughly linearly with the running-foot length.

How much does a modular kitchen cost in Hyderabad?
A standard 10-ft L-shape modular kitchen ranges from ₹1.25 lakh (Basic laminate) to ₹5.5 lakh+ (Luxury imported finishes with quartz). Counter, chimney, hob and other appliances are quoted separately.
What is the difference between laminate, acrylic and PU finishes?
Laminate is durable and cost-effective (₹). Acrylic offers a mirror-like sheen (₹₹). PU (Polyurethane) is a sprayed liquid finish giving the deepest, most seamless look and is the most premium (₹₹₹). All three carry our full warranty when applied on BWP ply.
How long does modular kitchen installation take?
Site installation is 3-4 days for a standard 10-14 ft kitchen. However, factory production takes 3-4 weeks before that. Total elapsed time from order to fully functional kitchen: 4-5 weeks.
Do you supply the chimney, hob, oven and refrigerator?
We can, at cost, from brands like Faber, Elica, Bosch, Kaff, Siemens. Or you buy them yourself and we handle the cutouts and installation. Either way there's zero markup on appliances if you procure through us.
Can you retrofit modular into my existing kitchen?
Yes. We visit the site, take measurements, dismantle old cabinets, do any wet-area rework needed, and install the new modular over 5-6 days. Your kitchen is unusable for that window, so we usually plan it around a short vacation.
What warranty do you offer on modular kitchens?
10 years on carpentry (BWP ply, joinery). Hettich/Blum hardware carries a separate 10-year OEM warranty. Hardware failures are replaced at no cost to you within the warranty window.
